Privacy & intake

A request for help is not permission for everything.

Prospera keeps the reason you contacted us, the permission you actually gave, and any future communication decision separate. This page explains the current website intake path in plain English.

What we collect

When you start a conversation, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, business email, phone, company, industry, area of interest, revenue range, the challenge you describe, and your message. We also record the page and campaign source, the form version, time, browser user agent, and a one-way request fingerprint used for spam and rate-limit protection.

02

Why we collect it

We use the information to understand your request, create one relationship record, review fit, choose a responsible next step, and respond personally. A privacy-safe copy of the challenge—without your name, email, or phone—may enter an internal content-ideas review queue. It never becomes a public post automatically.

03

Consent stays separate

The required checkbox lets Prospera respond to the request you submitted. It does not subscribe you to marketing. The optional insights checkbox is a separate choice. We record the exact copy version and whether each choice was granted or declined. An unknown or unchecked state never means yes.

04

Where it lives

Website requests are stored in Prospera's owned Supabase state layer and linked to the Prospera relationship system. The public form cannot read the private intake, relationship, consent, follow-up, notification, or content-signal tables. Row-level security and an allowlisted member contract protect owner views.

05

What does not happen

Submitting the form does not trigger an automated sales call, text message, email sequence, AI Voice call, social post, or third-party CRM write. It creates a reviewable intake, relationship activity, follow-up task, and internal notification job. External delivery remains a separate approved action.

06

Access, correction, or deletion

You can ask what Prospera holds about your request, correct it, withdraw optional marketing consent, or request deletion by emailing cory@prosperarevops.com. Some minimal records may be retained where required for security, consent history, or legal obligations.
