Website & managed service terms

Clear scope before work begins.

These terms cover this website and the starting boundaries for a Prospera engagement. A website request starts a conversation; it does not silently create a subscription, authorize outreach, or purchase every capability described on the site.

01

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Prospera and request a conversation. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the intake form for spam. Site content is general information, not legal, accounting, tax, medical, or financial advice.

02

A request is not an engagement

Submitting a form or speaking with Cory does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability, acceptance, pricing, results, or a launch date. Services begin only after both sides accept a written order form, statement of work, or service agreement that identifies the exact scope.

03

Flexible services, exact scope

An engagement may include Sales Companion, the Sales Book, Sales Academy, company configuration, playbooks, battlecards, audits, websites, marketing support, automation, custom software, or other agreed work. The signed agreement controls what is included, the price, milestones, support, term, dependencies, and exclusions.

04

Managed founding program

Early Prospera customers receive a hands-on, founder-managed implementation. Features may be configured, refined, replaced, or held back while we validate the experience. Anything described as beta, preview, planned, optional, or future is not a committed deliverable unless the signed scope says otherwise.

05

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful and authorized materials, timely feedback, and written approval for customer-facing claims, scripts, pricing, offers, policies, contact rules, and launch decisions. Do not upload highly sensitive or regulated data unless Prospera has explicitly approved the use case and safeguards in writing.

06

AI assists; humans decide

AI-supported guidance and generated material can be incomplete or wrong. Prospera uses review gates and approved company sources to reduce risk, but does not promise error-free output. Consequential customer communications, claims, pricing, legal positions, and automated actions require the human approval described in the applicable service scope.

07

Ownership and permitted use

Clients retain ownership of their business data and materials. They give Prospera the limited permission needed to configure and operate the agreed service. Prospera retains its software, frameworks, prompts, templates, doctrine, workflows, designs, and reusable system components. Any client-specific deliverable or export right is defined in the signed agreement.

08

Third-party services

Prospera may use approved infrastructure, AI, storage, hosting, communication, or integration providers. Those services can change, experience outages, or apply their own terms. Prospera will not activate paid tools, external publishing, or customer-facing automation outside the agreed approval and purchasing process.

09

Fees, taxes, cancellation, and refunds

The applicable order form or service agreement states fees, payment dates, taxes, renewal, cancellation, pause, and refund rules. Nothing on this website overrides those written commercial terms. Prospera will not charge a payment method merely because someone submits the website intake form.

10

No guarantee of business results

Prospera helps improve systems, preparation, execution, and learning. Sales, leads, close rates, revenue, profit, rankings, campaign performance, and adoption depend on factors outside Prospera's control. To the extent permitted by law, Prospera is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss; any more specific liability allocation in a signed agreement controls.

11

Privacy, consent, and lawful use

Our Privacy & Intake Policy explains the current website-data path. Clients remain responsible for the lawfulness and consent status of the data and audiences they provide. Email, SMS, calling, AI Voice, advertising, and other regulated channels require separate approval, safeguards, and compliance review before activation.

12

Law, changes, and contact

These website terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal laws of Canada. Prospera may update them as the product evolves; the effective date will change when we do. Material terms for an active client are governed by that client's signed agreement. Questions: cory@prosperarevops.com.

The practical rule

Nothing important hides in a button.

Before paid work begins, Prospera and the client confirm the exact services, price, approvals, responsibilities, and next step in writing.
